Mr. Murray has extensive experience in housing, factory automation and technology both in Senior Management and as CEO. He has over $1,200,000,000 in real estate programs and transactions including a program for 50,000 housing units in Latin America, multifamily housing in the U.S. and commercial projects in the U.S.. Prior to Founding Forma, Mr. Murray was President of Design 2 Build, a firm providing internationally outsourced CAD and Engineering services to Architectural, Engineering & Constructions firms via it's collaborative software infrastructure. In addition, Mr. Murray was co-owner of Golden Gate Equipment, a firm specializing in the distribution of Engineered Products for the construction industry, as well as an real estate analyst for Merrill Lynch Commercial Real Estate.
In the factory automation industry, Mr. Murray was Director, International Marketing for Empire Magnetics selling motion control and positioning equipment in 52 countries worldwide.
Since 1980, Mr. Murray has worked with such firms as Bancomer, Xerox, ABB (Asea Brown Bovari), BP, and other Global 2000 firms in management consulting, finance and technology.
Mr. Murray holds a Masters Degree in International Business from St. Mary's Catholic and a BA in History from UCLA.
