Shannon Valley Ranch Graces Los Gatos with
Thirteen Premium Country Estate Homes

At the end of a winding country road, through gently rolling hills, you’ll find the
exquisite private enclave known as Shannon Valley Ranch. Just 13 of these spectacular country estates are being built, each with its own grounds of 2 to 4 acres. Every home demonstrates a unique interpretation of understated elegance. These treasured properties will be cherished for generations to come.
A single architectural firm designed the four distinctive floor plans, then gave each of the 13 estates its own unique exterior architecture, creating the impression of a custom enclave. Award-winning California architects William Hezmalhalch has gained a reputation for creating stunning custom residences. While the homes vary in style, all are consistent in quality craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail.

DETAILS TO CHARM DISCERNING EYES
Befitting homes of this station, each Shannon Valley Ranch estate displays proud evidence of home building artistry. Homes are positioned on their lots to maximize opulent natural light while preserving privacy and magnificent country vistas. Many of the finely crafted entry doors feature leaded glass insets, creating a dramatic entrance to the awe-inspiring interior architecture. Soaring 10-foot ceilings appear as you pass through eight-foot, hand-stained doors of solid knotty alder. Arched portals, coved art niches, 11-inch crown molding and hand-textured wall finishes subtly impress with a rarefied level of craftsmanship.
Custom masonry and handcrafted millwork continue the theme. Masons have hand-set intricate patterns of stone and ornamental tile, using Old World techniques. Hand-carved scrollwork, corbels and intricate flourishes adorn the solid cherry custom cabinetry. Perhaps the signature touch is the massive, hand-carved kitchen islands, finished with the refinement of a hand-rubbed antique patina and topped with a gigantic marble slab. An Interest Registration List is now available at www.GreenbriarHomes.com
