Image Submission Guidelines
- The best magazine pictures will come from un-compressed (TIFF format) digital images of appropriate dimensions
- JPEG images may be accepted if they have been saved as highest-quality/lowest-compression
- Digital images should have a resolution of 350 pixels/inch at the size that they are printed
- Digital image dimensions are measured in pixels across x pixels down
- An 8.75" x 11.25" cover picture needs dimensions of at least 3,063 x 3,938 pixels
- To print at 4" x 5," a digital image needs dimensions of at least 1,400 x 1,750 pixels
- Please do not submit image files that have been altered in any way by desktop computer programs such as Photoshop
- Logos should be provided as PostScript (.eps), Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or Portable Document Format (.pdf) files

- Sunshine Media maintains an ftp (file transfer protocol) server for exchanging files too large for email:

Microsoft Word Track Changes
- Before making changes to the draft, enable "Track Changes" from:
Tools Menu
- > Track Changes
- > Highlight Changes...
- > Track changes while editing - Un-checking "Highlight changes on screen" makes editing faster and less confusing
