Builder/Architect magazine is produced exclusively for architects, custom homebuilders, community developers, designers, home improvement contractors, and volume and production homebuilders.
The Greater Bay Area edition is specifically defined by the nine counties surrounding the bay; Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano and Sonoma.
You do not have to be something for everyone; we serve the top 4,000 builders and architects. The audience is niche, targeted and effective. We are a networking publication, designed for creating relationships and working together. No one wants surprises at the multi-million dollar level!

Editorial Departments
Builder/Architect has monthly and quarterly contributing columnists that span the ranges from marketing to feng shui and building advice to building laws. All of our columnists operate locally and bring their columns down to what is happening in our area.

There are three ways of being in front of our exclusive audience. All companies must qualify.
