Cover And Feature Story Experience

Story

• We'll conduct an interview with you or your principles, in person or via telephone
• We'll email you a draft of your story to proof-read for technical accuracy
• You email back to us any changes you'd like to have made, using Word's "Track Changes" feature
• We'll email back a final preview of your story as it will appear in the magazine

Pictures

• You provide any digital photos that you would like to include (please see Technical Details for submission guidelines)
• Our photographer will schedule a convenient time to take pictures of your project, product, plant or people
• You let us know which pictures are your top picks
• We'll make the final selection of pictures that will run in the magazine
• You write the captions for the pictures, or provide sufficient information for us to write them

Magazines

• Magazine editions are not reprinted; additional copies may be ordered in advance as part of your original contract for $3.50/each

Reprints

• After you've received the magazine you'll have about a week to request any changes or corrections for your reprint order
• If no changes are requested, your reprints will print exactly as your feature ran in the magazine
• If you'd like your logo to be included, please provide it to us in advance
